Slacker Slacker

Hello everyone. I really am trying to keep up with our blog but Nursing school keeps taking up the majority of my time.

Life has been busy around here. Joey has been home for a few weeks and I LOVE IT. But he has to go back to North Dakota again soon for a month or so. We had our second anniversary about two weeks ago and I can't beleive how fast time flys.

I know this is a short post and I will try to post most later I just have lots of homework to go do. Have a great Halloween everyone!!!!

Long Long Time!!!!

HELLO!!! I know this is very over due but I'll try to sum up the last month and a half. We went to see my sister and her hubby up in Portland, OR before school started. It was a blast and a very over due trip (We hadn't seen each other since our wedding two years ago). We did so much fun stuff it was hard to leave, here's some pics for our trip.

I though this was a funny pic :)

When we got back from our Portland trip it was time to get ready for school. So I headed down to Grand Junction to do some thing with our house (it still hasn't sold) before school started and one day Joey surprised me by coming home for a few days. Happiness was short lived when he told me he got the few days off because he would be leaving for North Dakota for quite some time. :(
So nursing school started shortly after and WOW is it time consuming. I had heard from many nurses at work that it's very busy but I just didn't quite understand what they meant. It's my whole life but I know it will be worth it. My wonderful hubby knew I was having a hard time with him being gone and school so one weekend he surprised me in Star Valley by driving 18 hours to see me!!!! He's so wonderful to me. Then he had to go back for a few more weeks but Joey came home again yesterday and it's so so so nice to have him home. He'll be home for our anniversary and hopefully my birthday. Life's very very busy with school for me and work for Joey. I'll try to keep updated more often.
